Equine Hoof Rehabilitation

Natural Hoof Care — is it right for your horse?  Browse this site, check out the links, you decide.

I will tell you, I hear quite frequently, the horse has bad feet, the good foot is bred out of them.  I do not agree.  If you set the horse up to succeed, even the supposed bad footed horse can have a much better, healthier hoof.  The foot may need protection, but there are other options available besides shoes.  You must do a lot more than just trimming, or pulling shoes.  I started with the horses that “cannot go barefoot”.  They now have very healthy hooves.
